US property underwriter ICAT has deployed OneShield Dragon as its policy management solution from OneShield, which the company claims to accelerate its ability to expand in the property underwriting market.
ICAT has installed the solution to bring process efficiencies, increasing productivity while providing superior service to producers, the firm added.
The administration platform is equipped with Dragon’s workflow engine, which enables ICAT’s underwriters to access an online, integrated underwriter workbench which will streamline and automate workflow to reduce processing costs and allow ICAT to deliver faster turn-around time to producers.
