IAS Claim Services, an independent claims adjusting firm, has appointed Paul Kottler, AIC, as president. In this role, in addition to managing the daily operations, he will also be responsible for fostering the firm’s customer service and culture of teamwork.
In his new role, Mr Kottler will also focus on targeted growth strategies; expanding market share by seeking clients with the same customer-centric values as IAS. Most recently, he served as vice president of Crawford & Company’s United States property and casualty western division.
Mr Kottler, said: “The firm’s capability to meet the growing and changing needs of insurance company claim departments, agents and policy holders is what separates IAS from others in the market.”
