Hylant Group, an insurance brokerage firm, has appointed Scott Dillabaugh as the new senior vice president and employee benefits sales leader for its Cleveland, Ohio office.
In this new role, Mr Dillabaugh will be part of the employee benefits practice, a member of local management team and responsible for growth initiatives, client executive mentoring and professional recruiting.
Prior to joining the company, Mr Dillabaugh was the national group benefits sales director at M&T Insurance Agency in Buffalo, New York. He was also a managing partner at Palmer & Cay/Wachovia Insurance and office sales leader at Marsh & McLennan in Columbus, Ohio.
John Chaney, president of Hylant’s Cleveland office, said: “Scott will have an immediate impact and influence in the Cleveland office based on his industry experience and knowledge. His expertise in employee benefits will add valuable depth to our practice group as we help our clients navigate health care reform.”
