US-based insurance brokerage Hylant Group has completed acquisition of Benefit Consulting Alliance (BCA) and Benefit Outsourcing Group (BOG).

As part of the transaction, BCA and BOG partners Wayne Emery and John Maple will join Hylant’s Nashville leadership team, which offers employee benefits, risk management and commercial insurance services.

Based in Nashville, BCA and BOG provides employee benefit consulting services to commercial customers in the middle Tennessee region.

Hylant Nashville office president Kim Riley said the acquisition will enable the company to build and add strength to its existing core services and capabilities.

"It also demonstrates our commitment to the Nashville market and the need for employee benefit consulting expertise," Riley added.

Maple said the acquisition helps the group to offer expanded opportunities to its existing clientele.

”This ranges from additional employee benefit resources to the depth of commercial specialization Hylant offers; including property & casualty, international, executive risk, medical risk, transportation and more," Maple added.

Hylant Group is a full-service insurance brokerage with 12 offices in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee, US.
