HW Kaufman Financial and CJ Coleman & Company form new business entity

HW Kaufman Financial Group, a specialty insurance wholesaler, has formed a new business entity with London-based CJ Coleman & Company.

The new venture, called Coleman and Kaufman, will expand Burns & Wilcox business in the London market. Burns & Wilcox, a subsidiary of HW Kaufman Financial Group, provides of contract business and is expanding its brokerage operations in the London market.

For Alan Kaufman, a joint venture with CJ Coleman & Company provides a logical step in worldwide expansion. CJ Coleman & Company has been associated with Burns & Wilcox for more than 30 years.

Mr Kaufman said: It has always been my goal to build the HW Kaufman Financial Group toward a global organization. We are very excited about expanding our opportunities across the Atlantic, and throughout America and Canada.
