Hull & Company, a provider of insurance and re-insurance products, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Big Sky Underwriters.
Big Sky Underwriters will continue to operate from its offices in Missoula as a division of Hull & Company. Ruth Havican will remain onboard for the transition and Scott Tuxbury will become the head of office for Big Sky going forward.
Mr Havican said: We’ve known the folks of Hull forever and we felt Big Sky would fit perfectly with their culture and their focus on the Northwest states. I’m really excited about the opportunities with Hull because of the market access and infrastructure they bring to the table.
