Hudson Insurance Opens Mid-Atlantic Regional Office

To provide insurance agents, brokers and their clients with local access to management liability insurance coverage

Hudson Insurance Group, the US insurance division of Odyssey Re Holdings, has opened Mid-Atlantic regional office, which claims to provide insurance agents, brokers and their clients with local access to management liability insurance coverage.

Based in Philadelphia, this new office will be managed by Lou Grandrino, who will report to James Hooghuis, executive vice president and chief underwriting officer of Hudson Financial Products, the company reported.

Christopher Gallagher, CEO of Hudson Insurance, said: “We are excited to announce this new initiative, and are pleased that Lou Grandrino will be leading our regional team. Lou recently joined Hudson as Vice President, and is a well regarded, highly seasoned management liability professional.

OdysseyRe operates through its subsidiaries, Odyssey America Reinsurance, Hudson Insurance, Hudson Specialty Insurance, Clearwater Insurance, Newline Underwriting Management, Newline Asia Services, and Newline Insurance. The company underwrites through offices in the US, London, Paris, Singapore, Toronto and Mexico City.
