Hudson Insurance Company announced the acquisition of Euclid Managers, Kansas City, Missouri (Euclid-KC) from Euclid Insurance Services and Euclid-KC’s management.
Euclid-KC is a highly regarded underwriting and claims manager for Internet, Tech, Media, Manufacturers and Miscellaneous Professional Liability.
The current managers and all employees at Euclid-KC will become a part of Hudson’s Professional Liability team, which operates under the leadership of James Donovan. The team will continue to operate from its office in Kansas City.

Moving its underwriting and claims operations into Hudson will allow us to invest in and expand this business with an exceptional team of underwriting, claims and marketing professionals with whom we have had a long, productive relationship," said Christopher Gallagher, president and CEO of Hudson.

Euclid-KC will continue to operate under its name for the immediate future and will formally transition its name to Hudson Insurance Group during the course of 2015.
