Hub International Northeast, an insurance broker, has acquired the assets of United Benefit Consulting, a firm specializing in employee benefit consulting services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The employees of United Benefit Consulting (UBC) will continue to work from their existing office in Smithtown, New York. Susan Sajiun-Fitzharris, president of UBC, will join Hub International Northeast (Hub Northeast) as the vice president, reporting to Thomas Mangan, president of Hub Northeast’s employee benefit practice.
