Hub International has announced that Hub International of California Insurance Services has acquired JRN Benefits.
John Nelson and his associates will continue to operate the JRN business, which offers a broad range of employee benefits insurance and consulting services.
Kirk Christ, president of HUB California, said: JRN will provide Hub California with an additional product line expertise. The ability to call upon, experienced professionals, who can assist privately owned companies in maximizing their profits for their employees and personal accounts will be a clear differentiator from our competition, and we welcome John Nelson and his team to our growing Hub family of professionals.
Mr Nelson added: We will continue to work with our clients to design and administer their retirement plans and other employee benefit programs and we will keep them informed of new developments that may impact their programs. In addition, by joining the Hub team, we will gain access to a larger client base, be able to leverage key carrier relationships and have access to all of Hub’s vast resources.
