Hub International Mountain States, a subsidiary of insurance brokerage firm Hub International, has completed acquisition of the assets of Beartooth Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Located in Montana, Canada, Beartooth Insurance is a full-service insurance brokerage firm specializing in all types of insurance, including auto, home, life, health, business, farm and ranch, liability, and bonds.
As part of the transaction, Beartooth president Tom Kastelitz will join Hub Mountain as location manager, and will report to its president Rene LeVeaux.
Meanwhile, the company has also appointed Lottie Chan as vice president of Hub International HKMB, reporting to Hub HKMB partner, Anita Kwan.
Chan has been associated with the property and casualty and personal lines insurance brokerage business for more than 25 years, with specific expertise in the transportation, marine cargo, hospitality and real estate industries.
Hub International offers an array of property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment and wealth management products across North America, Canada, Puerto Rico and Brazil.
