Hub International, an insurance brokerage company, has acquired Texas-based insurance brokerage firm Roy Agency.
In connection with this acquisition, the team members of Roy will become part of Hub International Rigg (Hub Texas).
Founded in 1988, Roy provides commercial property & casualty insurance and risk management solutions.
The acquisition of Texas agency gives Hub the opportunity to offer a wide array of employee benefits, life, and personal insurance offerings to Roy clients.
Roy also offers coverage to a diversified book of business that spans various industries including construction contractors, manufacturers, and service industry providers in Texas.
Agency principals and founders, Denise Roy, president, and Christopher Roy, vice president, will join Hub Texas, reporting to Gregory Louvier president and chief operations officer, Hub Texas.
