Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Peterson, Milaney Insurance Associates.
(Peterson Milaney), servicing the Greater Southern California area, including Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Peterson Milaney will become part of the California operations of Hub International Insurance Services (Hub California).
Peterson Milaney, led by Tim and Judi Milaney, is a full-service property and casualty brokerage also providing employee benefits and personal lines solutions, with a concentration of clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Tim will join Hub California as Senior Vice President, servicing and supporting his existing clients to further establish a comprehensive restaurant and hospitality solution for Hub. Hub California has 29 offices and more than 850 employees in the State of California.
