HTH Worldwide, a provider of health insurance plans and medical assistance services, has hired Donald Joseph to serve as the new CFO of the company.

Mr Joseph joins HTH as its senior financial executive to help the company continue its growth. He most recently served as the vice president of finance and accounting at Neoware, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard.

Angelo Masciantonio, CEO of HTH Worldwide, said: Don brings to HTH 20 years of hands-on experience building and leading both startup and publicly traded companies. He has the breadth and depth of financial management experience to help HTH invest the resources to grow rapidly without sacrificing profits.
