Full-service property insurer Homesite Group has selected Innovation Group suite comprising Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics to replace its claims administration systems.
Once deployed, the software will provide a business platform for Homesite to enable continued innovation and growth support in the personal lines property insurance market.
Homesite senior vice president and CIO Peter Settel said that the company is focused on enhancing analytics to support claims management and product development and pricing.
"As we migrate from our custom-developed claims platform, we expect key benefits in time-to-market and out-of-the-box capabilities," Settel added.
Designed to help insurers to effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end claims process, Insurer Claims and Insurer Analytics provides claims process and capabilities to speed implementation and drive a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
Innovation Group North America Insurer Software CEO Euan King said the components will enhance Homesite’s business performance and ensure support to its broadening customer and partner relationships.
