Tampa-based HomeBancorp has appointed Michael Alea as the new senior vice president of regional mortgage manager in the Belleair Bluffs office which is located at 101 North Indian Rocks Road.
Mr Alea has served around 24 years in the mortgage banking, and his community affiliations include Indian Rock Beach Rotary and vice president of Indian Rocks Beach Actions 2000.
HomeBanc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tampa-based HomeBancorp, with full-service branch locations in Lake Mary, Lakewood Ranch (Sarasota), Belleair Bluffs and three branches in Tampa at Rocky Point, on Dale Mabry at I-275 and Westchase.
