The Hilb Group, (THG) has acquired The Martin Agency, (TMAI) with offices in Danville, KY, Celebration, FL and Ormond Beach, FL.
The transaction was effective August 1st, 2014.
TMAI will continue to operate at its current locations under the leadership of John Carrithers. TMAI represents THG’s continued expansion in the state of Florida and its initial expansion into the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Founded in 1989, TMAI has focused on providing excellent service to both commercial and personal lines clients. Robert J.
