DST International has signed an agreement with Heng An Standard Life Insurance Company to implement its business process management offering, Automated Work Distributor.
Heng An Standard Life will use DST International’s (DSTi) Automated Work Distributor (AWD) to centralize and streamline operations in China. This agreement builds on an existing relationship between the two companies, which has already seen Standard Life in the UK successfully implement the system. It also represents the third AWD project for DSTi in China’s insurance market.
When we looked at the potential of using AWD in China, we were delighted to discover that the solution could easily be adapted to the unique requirements of the China market, commented Andy Clachers, operations director at Heng An Standard Life.
We at Heng An Standard Life believe that efficient operations capability adds significant value to the business and that AWD is the solution that will enable operations to add those values to our policy administration services area through quicker turnaround times and consistency of services, he continued.
DSTi’s technology is also expected to provide the platform and infrastructure to support Heng An Standard Life’s ambitious branch expansion strategy in China.
