Heffernan Insurance Brokers, an independent brokerage firm in the US, has appointed Ryan Hone as new assistant vice president of its Orange, California office, that specializes in nonprofits and religious organizations.
In this role, Hone will be responsible for producing new business in Southern California.
He will join Heffernan from Brown & Brown, where he served for two and a half years. Previous to Brown & Brown, he worked for Alliant.
Hone specializes in risk management for the construction, property owners and manufacturing industries.
Heffernan Insurance offers a complete line of property, liability, group medical insurance, personal insurance and financial services.
The firm also provides insurance products and services to individuals, as well as to a diverse group of companies within a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, wine, property owners, nonprofits, and technology.
