To enable small-business owners make more than two dozen health plans

Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, a subsidiary of Health Net, is introducing Enhanced Choice insurance program to help small-business owners to offer their employees with flexibility in their health insurance coverage.

The company claims that with Enhanced Choice, employers can pay a fixed amount within their budget, and allow their employees the freedom to increase their contribution in order to get the requisite health plans. It also benefits small-business owners to make more than two dozen health plans (all the plans, or any combination of the plans) available to their employees.

Kevin Meier, Director, Small Group Sales, Health Net of Oregon, said: “Typically, small-business owners offer their employees one health plan for all employees and pay a set premium each month. Enhanced Choice is a creative solution that puts small-business owners in the driver’s seat and makes it easy for them to provide their employees with health insurance.”
