Health insurer HBA has announced that it is opening a new customer service branch at St George's Terrace in Perth, Western Australia.
Michael Clarke, Western Australia state manager for HBA, said that the new branch will complement its existing web, telephone and mobile customer service operations locally.
Mr Clarke added: More than a million Australians currently trust HBA to support their private health cover and care needs. This new customer branch will improve service and access for our Western Australian customers and help us to better deliver innovative, customer focused health services across the state.
