Michigan-based Hastings Mutual Insurance has selected C2C's ArchiveOne solution for capacity, compliance, eDiscovery and policy-based retention management of email and messaging data for its 430 employees.
Hastings Mutual also uses ArchiveOne’s enhanced PST processing system and automated rules-driven archiving to provide better control over PST folders and implement email retention policies.
C2C said that ArchiveOne’s information search and retrieval methodologies also will support eDiscovery requirements for legal cases.
According to the C2C, the ArchiveOne reduces risk and provide regulatory mandated retention of electronically stored information.
C2C CEO Dave Hunt said that ArchiveOne will help Hastings Mutual reduce risk and minimize any potential compliance issues.
Hastings Mutual is a provider of personal, commercial, and specialty farmowners property and casualty insurance services.
