Halifax Home Insurance has launched its Halifax Buildings and Contents, a new home insurance cover.
The company said that this offer is designed to offer cover with long term rewards for switching and staying.
According to Halifax, people who switch to Halifax Buildings and Contents cover save GBP127 on average off their annual buildings and contents premium. Customers also benefit from up to 30% no claims discount in addition to the annual thank you bonus.
Sarah Cowx, head of marketing for Halifax Home Insurance, said: We developed this offer because customers have told us they feel they should be rewarded for their loyalty to their insurer. Other insurers offer discounts and incentives to tempt customers in, but we are the only insurer to reward customers for their loyalty year after year with a GBP50 thank you.
