US-based GuideOne Insurance has decided to deploy Guidewire BillingCenter to manage its billing operations across all the property/casualty (P/C) lines of business.
The company will also deploy Guidewire’s Claim Portal for Policyholders, Claim Portal for Agents, and Gateway Portal for Agents. Recently, the insurer deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
Guidewire’s full InsuranceSuite platform will allow GuideOne to provide full self-service capability to their agents, as well as improved customer service to policy holders.
GuideOne will integrate BillingCenter with PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter and deploy the system to its commercial lines businesses for direct and agency billing, while the portal products will be deployed for commercial and personal lines of business.

Guidewire BillingCenter is a comprehensive billing and receivables management system that allows to automate the billing lifecycle, design flexible billing, payment and delinquency plans, manage agent commissions; and enable rapid integration with external payment systems.
Guidewire Mobile and Portals is a portfolio of transaction portals, which will help insurers to expose Guidewire InsuranceSuite functionality online and to mobile devices.
GuideOne Insurance provides insurance to churches, as well as to the private schools, colleges and senior living communities.
