Michael Cefole will be responsible for financial functions in Guardian's retirement product and services.

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) has declared that Michael Cefole has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, retirement solutions, Guardian’s business.

Mr. Cefole will be responsible for all financial functions in Guardian’s retirement product and services, and will report to Scott Dolfi, Executive Vice President, retirement solutions, Guardian.

Cefole has about 20 years of experience in financial services, both in financial and operational leadership roles. He worked for 18 years with Hartford Life Insurance in various financial positions, most recently as Vice President and Director, capital management and strategic planning.
