Insurance Systems (ISI), a provider of web-based enterprise solutions for property/casualty insurance industry, said that Golden Bear Insurance Company has deployed its WebWriter Enterprise to handle complete insurance processing for all of the company's personal lines business.

According to ISI, the WebWriter Enterprise is an integrated, browser-based property/casualty policy administration suite, which includes all modules that allow insurance companies to run their businesses effectively.

In addition, the WebWriter Enterprise includes core processing modules for policy administration, claims, billing, accounting and reinsurance. It also includes various supporting sub-systems such as rating, document production, CRM, workflow and reporting.

The company said that the Golden Bear’s personal lines business went live with all modules of the WebWriter enterprise solution including policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance and accounting. Golden Bear plans to rollout support for their commercial lines business as the next phase of implementation.
