Mr. Owens will be responsible for the development of expantion of GoHealthInsurance's online presence
GoHealthInsurance, a provider of online options for health insurance through health insurance brokers and carriers, has appointed Mike Owens as senior vice president.
In his new role, Mr. Owens will be responsible for the development of expantion of GoHealthInsurance’s online presence in GoHealthInsurance’s Virtual Marketing Organisation.
He said: “With the current focus on expanding access to health insurance, and the growth of the Internet as a resource, GoHealthInsurance is well-positioned to help meet the growing demand for individual health insurance that meets the needs and budget of consumers.”
The company stated that the Virtual Marketing Organisation is a network of insurance agents around the country. They are intended to help consumers access local agents that are trained and licensed in their respective states.
