Genworth Financial, a provider of insurance and investment services, has appointed Amy Corbin as vice president and controller of the company.
Previously, Ms Corbin was global leader of accounting policy in the company’s controllership group. Prior to joining Genworth Financial, Ms Corbin was an audit senior manager in the National Insurance Practice of Deloitte & Touche.
Pat Kelleher, senior vice president and CFO, said: Amy brings in-depth experience in accounting, audit, internal control systems and financial reporting, as well as strong knowledge of Genworth’s businesses and financial management disciplines.
