Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) has appointed John Pham as vice president of the company’s Woodbury, New York regional office with effect from 1 April 2012.
Prior to the current position Pham was assistant vice president in the Woodbury office.
GEICO chairman Tony Nicely said John’s years in the company’s sales and claims operations give him a breadth of experience that few others possess.
"He could not be better prepared to meet the challenge of running a region," Nicely said.
In addition to Pham’s appointment, GEICO has also hired Seth Ingall as vice president of its Buffalo regional office with responsibilities for New Jersey and the Northeast region.
Prior to the current position, Seth served as regional vice president of the company’s Woodbury, New York operations.
"Seth has proven throughout his career at GEICO to be a resourceful problem-solver," Nicely said.
"His knowledge and experience of regional operations makes him an ideal choice to lead our Buffalo regional office."
