Freeway Insurance, a US-based provider of auto insurance and a subsidiary of Confie Seguros, has named Norm Hudson as COO.
Prior to joining Freeway Insurance in October of 2010, Hudson served as president of Cost-U-Less Insurance where he began his career in 1997 and was ascended to become president in 2006.
During his tenure, Hudso expanded Cost-U-Less to over 80 locations throughout California by developing and refining back-end processes yielding improved profits for the company.
Freeway Insurance CEO Joseph Waked said that they are very pleased Norm will serve as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the success of all Freeway’s sales and operational functions.
"Norm’s track record in understanding the agency business and market, coupled with his outstanding leadership over the years, will be instrumental in achieving Freeway’s ambitious goals and continued growth into a national brokerage," added Waked.
