Freedom Specialty Insurance, a New York-based provider of liability insurance services, has hired Teresa Black as its commercial D&O vice president.
Ms Black has more than a decade of experience underwriting directors and officer Liability insurance for Reliance National, The Hartford and most recently with ACE USA.
