Foundation Financial Group has restructured its management as part of strategic growth plan to be a full-service financial services company.

As part restructring, Paul Scott, co-founder and former CEO of the company has beeb promoted to chairman of the board.

Mark Boyer steps up as a new CEO, from his previous position of executive vice president. Co-Founder Kris Williams is now the president, moving up from the position of chief operating officer.

Additionally, James Brodsky becomes the companys chief human resources officer. He moves up from his previous role as senior vice president of human resources and learning development.

Other realignments and advancements include the promotion of Roy Kelly to the role of executive vice president. Kelly, with 22 years of financial service industry experience, comes to his new role from a division general manager.

In another repositioning, the company promoted Mark Scarrow to division general manager. He assumes his new role after serving as vice president and regional sales manager.

Foundation Financial Group also promoted Marc Chillion to Atlanta division general manager. Chillion, a five-time honoree for corporate sales performance, was previously a senior vice president with the company.

The company also promoted William Gordon to senior vice president of operations.
