US- based financial services company Foundation Financial Group’s insurance unit has completed the acquisition of B&R Insurance, thereby securing its Florida customers having personal and commercial insurance policies.
Under the terms of acquisition, B&R Insurance clients will now have access to Foundation Financial Group’s range of additional financial products and services including mortgage lending, life insurance, retirement services, personal taxes and corporate tax services.
The financial terms of the acquisition remained undisclosed.
Foundation Financial Group specialises in mortgage lending, property and casualty insurance, life insurance, wealth management and retirement planning, and personal and corporate tax services.
