Forethought Financial Group, an Indiana-based provider of insurance and financial services, appointed David de Gorter to head the company's sales efforts in the funeral industry.
He will oversee all of the company’s distribution of products and services to funeral homes including preneed life insurance, trust services, and insurance assignments. He will report directly to Forethought CEO John Graf.
Prior to Forethought, de Gorter served as president of Wachovia Insurance.
