BlueWave Technology, a provider of property/casualty claims software solutions, has appointed Alyssa Hostelley as new president and Matt Grover as vice president of product management.

Hostelley will replace Riki Fujitani as president. Fujitani will remain the CEO of BlueWave Technology.

Hostelley will take over day-to-day responsibility of BlueWave’s efforts to modernize claim systems and operations for its clients, as well as oversight for ongoing research and development on the company’s PipelineClaims product and business development.

Prior to this role, Hostelley provided key leadership for BlueWave and the company’s clients as vice president of product management.

With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Hostelley brings multi-disciplinary expertise in the areas of operations, finance, product development and project management to the president role at BlueWave Technology.

As a vice president of product management, Grover will be managing the overall direction and evolution of PipelineClaims.

Grover will be leading a team of business analysts dedicated to assessing new product features for development and providing strategic product direction.

For the past few years as a product manager, Grover has led system integration efforts for the client implementation team, as well as participating in BlueWave’s sales efforts.

Grover has over 15 years of experience in IT, including several years of life/health and property/casualty claim management software applications on both the vendor and the client sides.
