UK-based private motor insurer, 1st Central, has introduced a new cost-effective motor breakdown product to provide breakdown insurance coverage for car owners across the UK.
Dubbed Simply Rescue, the newly launched entry level solution is designed to offer roadside recovery and assistance and also include coverage for punctures, running out or filling up with the wrong fuel and recovery following an accident.
The company also carried out research to understand the buying patterns of the UK breakdown cover market prior to the product launch.

Headquartered in Gibraltar, 1st Central is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guernsey-based First Central Group, and provides private motor insurance across the UK through the internet.
