Fireman’s Fund Insurance has appointed Arun Chanana as new senior vice president of distribution and agency management.
Heading the company’s Liberty Corner office in New Jersey, Chanana will provide strategic and operational direction for the distribution and agency management team, which is responsible for improving agent and broker relationships by driving accountability and alignment.
Fireman’s Fund chief field executive Kathleen Zortman said Chanana holds broad insurance experience and technical expertise, and understands the complex needs and challenges of today’s agents and brokers.
"With his appointment, we now have a complete and extremely high-caliber field leadership team that will drive new and increased value for our agents, brokers and policyholders," Zortman added.
Prior to joining Fireman’s Fund, Chanana served as vice president at national brokerage USI Holdings.
Chanana also held senior positions with AIG NSM Insurance Group, Munich Re, Aon, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte.
