Property/Casualty (P/C) insurance provider Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan has chosen Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform for rating, underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management as well as to enhance customer service and operational efficiency capabilities.
InsuranceSuite will help the firm to transform its core systems, increase its speed to market, consolidate disparate systems to more easily gather data for accurate pricing and reduce operating costs through a common skill set and con?guration tools.
Farm Bureau Insurance Policyholder Services director Teresa Ruckle said, "With InsuranceSuite, we will be able to provide them with the ability to make faster decisions leveraging straight through processing and tools that will help eliminate manual processes."
The Michigan P/C insurance provider also selected Guidewire Client Data Management for customer contact data management, PartnerConnect alliance member, PwC US, to work with the company on the implementation project.
