The former CEO of GreenWood International Insurance Services Daniel G Boisvert has established a new insurance distribution company GW Global Insurance.
The newly floated underwriter will cater retail agents and brokers with a comprehensive suite of products and services which are tailored to grow their market infiltration and enhancing their revenues.
GW Global Insurance will market on behalf of GreenWood International and Pan- American Life Insurance Company with their product offerings in the accident and health care segment, said the insurer.
The core products, which will be provided through the new distribution startup, include Business Travel Accident, General Accident, Occupational Accident (Trucking and Texas Nonsubscription), Medical Stop Loss and Limited Medical.
GW Global will also provide additional products for Group Life and Disability, critical illness, GAP, and Worker’s Compensation, in addition to distributing a loyalty program tailored for agent and brokers, which will offer them the potential to earn equity in various product based LLC’s.
Boisvert said, "I believe that there is a need for a distributor that can not only place business for agents and brokers but that can also add value via the analysis of risk and the ability to assist in the sales process."
