ESIS, the risk management services company owned by the ACE Group of Companies, has launched a new local claim center in Bahrain that will support the book of ACE USA Defense Base Act business in the Middle East.
The opening of the Bahrain claim center will complement the Defense Base Act claim service offerings provided by ESIS claim teams located in Louisiana and Florida, US.
ESIS will undertake a structured integration of its claim operations into the Bahrain claim center to assure the delivery of high quality claim management services in accordance with ACE global standards, as well as local government and regulatory guidelines.
