Risk management services provider ESIS has launched its enhanced risk management information system (RMIS), ESIS Global RiskAdvantage (GRA).

ESIS president David Patterson said, "The GRA system is highly adaptable which means we can easily make changes and upgrades."

The company said that the enhancements will facilitate users to access the claims handled by their company and further add as many details as desired.

ESIS Business Support Services vice president Debbie Johnson said the users will see all scheduled reports that have run within the last eight days, as well as alerts and diaries that come due on that particular day.

"We are offering several new pharmacy reports that provide trending analysis on the utilization of drugs and the financial impact to our clients, as well as pharmacy reports on frequency and severity," Johnson said.

The system also displays payments and reserves and attaches claim notes and scanned documents to the posted files, while allowing claim to be instantly transferred to an ESIS claim office for handling.

The GRA will allow the imaged documents to be downloaded, printed, and emailed.
