Erie Family Life, member of the Erie Insurance Group, has selected iPipeline's iGO e-App, an intelligent fillable form, for integration with its Illustration solution.
Under the agreement, independent agents will be able to transfer data from Illustrations directly into iGO e-App for an integrated user experience.
To gain speed to market, the Illustration and electronic application will be approved by the consumer in one electronic signature ceremony and immediately submitted to Erie Family Life for underwriting and policy issuance.
Erie Family Life senior vice president Michael Plazony said process, product and presentation are three key ‘touch points’ that play heavily in maintaining our high customer satisfaction ratings.
