Pennsylvania-based Erie Insurance has selected Computer Sciences Corporation's (CSC) agency portal software Agency Link as the internal corporate front-end for its property and casualty (P&C) policy administration system.
According to CSC, Agency Link will enable quicker response times and better service when handling complex customer service inquiries, as well as new business and policy management transactions, in real time via the web.
According to the CSC, the Agency Link is self-service software that helps insurer to more effectively sell and service P&C insurance policies.
Erie will use CSC’s Series II to manage policy administration for its P&C lines of business with enhancements, including straight through processing and 24/7 availability.
