Germany-based Ergo Insurance Group has selected Globalpark, a provider of panel community and survey software, to power its new customer feedback portal across Germany.

As part of rebranding initiative, as well to be open and service-oriented organization, the Ergo’s customer feedback portal engages customers in evaluating new products, tariffs and communications.

Globalpark said it will provide feedback management technology and services to ensure Ergo customers have a way to express their thoughts and contribute ideas through a number of methods and channels.

Ergo director marketing and project manager for feedback projects Hans Fabry said that Feedback really does count at Ergo.

"We are confident that Globalpark is the best technology and service partner to help us engage our customers in active dialogue, and infuse these insights into improving customer relationships and service levels," Fabry said.

According to the Globalpark, the new platform is expected to become one of the biggest customer feedback portals in the German financial sector.
