Endurance Specialty Holdings, a Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, has appointed Joseph O'Donnell as the new executive vice president of professional liability.
Mr O’Donnell has most recently been the executive vice president of the executive assurance group for Arch Insurance Group in New York.
Mr O’Donnell will assume responsibility to build a US professional lines practice headquartered in New York focusing on Fortune 1000 accounts. He will also serve as the practice leader for the company’s large account professional liability strategy across the company. Endurance believes that this strategic positioning will enhance its ability to offer a full range of management liability and professional liability products in the company’s Bermuda and US practices.
