UK based insurer Ecclesiastical has appointed Jo Kibble as its new head of product and proposition development.
Kibble has taken up her new role in early March at Ecclesiastical’s Gloucester headquarters, reporting to strategic marketing director Mike Mintram.
She has been with Ecclesiastical for six years mainly working in IT and focusing on the company’s web development strategy.
Kibble will also be responsible for Ecclesiastical’s creative services team, which provides
print, literature and design services for the business.
Mintram said during her six years at Ecclesiastical Jo has built up a broad experience of the group and
has understanding of the sectors the company operate in and the needs of its customers in those sectors and the brokers.
"In her new role she will help us accelerate the whole product development process and the speed of bringing new products and product improvements to market. She will also focus on launching new services for brokers and end customers," Mintram said.
