eBaoTech Corporation and ChinaSoft International have joined hands to offer insurers eBaoTech’s advanced insurance software solutions with ChinaSoft’s information technology (IT) service offerings.
eBaoTech has incorporated ChinaSoft in its partner network to enable it to offer their life insurance clients various options for implementation, system integration and maintenance in Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
The agreement between the two firms includes software implementation, system integration and maintenance services for eBaoTech LifeSystem, eBaoTech GroupLife and SalesPlatform for life insurers.
ChinaSoft International vice president Jacky Liu said that collaborating with eBaoTech to support insurance companies with our IT service capabilities is a natural extension of our business capabilities," Liu said.
Using eBaoTech’s smart life insurance software solutions, the insurance firms can utilize customer data effectively, better communicate with sales channels and customers, and meet rapidly changing business needs, claims eBaoTech.
The software solutions are available both as a product and as Software as a Service (SaaS).
