Duck Creek Technologies, a US-based provider of software and service solutions for the insurance industry, has launched version 4.0, Duck Creek Policy Administration solution. Its a browser-based system that supports Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products, including personal, specialty, and commercial.
The new version comprises an infrastructure upgrade that delivers a functionality which enables carriers to continually enhance their policy management processes.
The company claims that version 4.0 uses an improved data model that makes security administration easier for both users and entities, and improves data accessibility. A more enhanced user interface (UI) has been incorporated by the company, utilising new customisable dashboards.
