Donegal Insurance Group has chosen Guidewire BillingCenter to offer it with a new billing system, which will deliver flexibility, enhanced customer service, and accelerated speed to market.
During 2007, the insuracne company installed Guidewire ClaimCenter and now joined hands with Guidewire to streamline its billing operations.
Guidewire said that its BillingCenter will offer Donegal a more intuitive and configurable platform, to further complement the agent and policyholder experience.
Donegal senior vice president and chief information officer Sanjay Pandey said one of the key drivers that led them to choose BillingCenter was the experience with the Guidewire team and ClaimCenter over the past several years.
