Shortens time required to close claims through automation of many tasks
Discovery Insurance Company (Discovery), a provider of non-standard personal auto insurance, has selected Ravello Solutions’ web-based policy administration suite to manage their entire policy administration, claims management, and billing processes.
According to Discovery, web-based software is likely to position the company into new lines of business, besides providing efficiency gains and shortens time required to close claims through automation of many tasks.

Discovery will start by implementing the Ravello Claims solution, which is expected to go into production in the third quarter this year, and will be followed by Ravello’s Policy and Billing components.
Ravello is a provider of software solutions to property and casualty insurers.
